This is the last weekly newsletter of this recruiting season. However, this is how the summer will go, nothing is stopping, we are just changing gears.
First, if YOU still need a job, email me directly: info@tonydeprato.com . This year I am helping people for free with all sorts of things. I have helped around a dozen people privately sort out some very interesting issues.
This summer will not be silent. Newsletters will come out with jobs when there are enough to post. Many of the jobs listed now are filled and the databases need to be cleaned-up. Better to take a break, have a holiday, and re-group for those true summer opportunities.
For subscribers, articles will be sent frequently as I read about, and hear about, recruitment issues.
In August, I hope to launch a new service that connects people to employers in a new and inspiring way. I have to build some tech to do this, so this summer is my opportunity to get to Pancake-On-A-Stick 2.0.
I have mentioned I would like to do some Q/A sessions, I think late August is the target for those.
Finally, assuming I can get to spend some time with the bearers of the original “Pancake on a Stick” story, we will do the reenactment. My goal is to leave people laughing on the floor with tears in their eyes gasping for breath.
Now….sit back and let me show you some jobs.

Why is this SubStack called, Pancake on a Stick?
Pancake on a Stick is the single funniest story I have ever heard in my life. In about a year from now, the event will be reenacted and recorded. I named the SubStack after the story, because every time I think of the name, I smile and laugh. This helps with my writing and tone, and makes me always remember the most important things in life.
