It has taken a year, but AI tools are rolling out this week. You may not know this about me, but I am a super-tech-nerd. After collecting data last year from resumes and building over 12 AI applications since 2023, I have a Pancakeonastick Community set of applications.

Everyone, free and paid, will receive practice questions for job interviews. These questions were built on research. Initially, there were 35 questions that were the most commonly asked. For each question, we reworded it 3 times. Then, a set of questions targeting the IBO programs was incorporated.

In the end, the starting database is around 200 excellent questions.

These will only be sent from this week, through the end of March (the core recruitment season).

For paid annual subscribers, there are a few more AI-powered tools:

You can send your answers to the interview questions, which will be checked against a set of quality answers with the AI’s opinion
You can use the AI to review job offers and write a counteroffer. As the current survey grows, so does the data the AI needs to make better decisions. However, we have enough data now for the AI just based on normal market trends (the survey data will be used after it is closed in November)
You can use the AI to help you resign. That’s right, it will help you create the perfect email to resign and leave your boss feeling as positive as possible. I trained it with hostage negotiation techniques, and trust me, the solution is highly effective

This all works via email, and it will work in any country (unless email is blocked).

Your data is not stored in the AI system. It is temporarily stored in email, but it will be deleted routinely.

In the end, a paid subscription will help you find a job, interview, get the best salary possible, and quit your current job.
