New Human Resource and a China Question

We have a new human resource in the family. The next jobs list will be out next week. Probably Tuesday.

I'm working on a short advice piece for those in China, including tips on moving money.

If you are in lockdown, can you petition to leave the country?

I have a few friends there and will ask them, but I wanted to get more boots on the ground feedback. I don't think it's a good idea to post information like that on social media.
