The next Newsletter will be good, and loaded. Within the next two weeks, my family will add another human resource, and when that happens the newsletter might be slower to come out during February. It depends on sleep :).

It is a good time of year for you as the job seeker to negotiate. If you see a job I post that has been on the list for some time, but maybe you were not as qualified as you wanted to be, this is when you go for it.
