2024 Salary Survey Summarized Data

Before we get into the exciting world of looking at password-protected PDF files, I want to remind you that as a paid subscriber, you can email me for more specific information.

What does that mean?

I have data I cannot share online. Some of it comes from personal interview experience, job offers, data from friends, etc. Some of it comes from documents and data that are available online, but, are not shareable. We can talk about it, but I cannot republish it.

I am working on my first country report now, and I hope to release it Friday. I will choose countries with high savings ratings only.

Wait, What is a Savings Rating?

I assigned value to countries by savings. If people reported saving money in every demographic option, that country gets a 5.

I also added a flight rating, housing comments, and tuition scheme rating.

I am big on the overall value of a contract, not just the salary. I find many people report their actual monthly salary incorrectly.

Last year I asked someone, “How much money are you saving per month?” They said, “I’m not sure. I haven’t looked at my paycheck.”
